Just thought I'd add another easy *recipe* to the mix. I just made these tonight, and they are heaven!

16oz of diet red pop
2 packages of MF French Vanilla shake.
8-10 ice cubes

Tastes just like a red creme soda (is that only available in my neck of the woods??)

Dear Hafachicka, I hope you only drank half of that red pop shake for your meal and saved the other half for three hours later...1 packet = 1 full meal...

We have Diet Rite Red Raspberry soda pop around here. It's very good mixed with a Medifast Strawberry Creme or French Vanilla Shake packet.

Tk, your Peach Tea smoothie sounds very good. Thanks to Wally World and you!
