Hi Dede! I love your pledge, it's so cute! Very original!!!

I am also drinking my 1 gallon of water water.gif a day ... I drink and pee the whole day ... but it is worth it ... I'm down another 12 pounds this week ... I was truly 100% compliant this week and it worked.

You are so close to your goal weight ... I can barely wait for that to happen to me ... how does it feel to be that close, Dede!?!

I'm still so far away from mine that it doesn't click for me ... I need to set smaller goals of 10 pounds at a time ... this way I can almost taste victory roflmao.gif

Anyways, just thought to stop by and say a hello to you. I was looking at your pics and what a difference ... you look so good! You are also very tall, and I think that makes a big difference too. I just wish I were that tall ... have a great day! And keep drinking that water.gif ... it helps a lot!

Tomorrow I will eat my L& Green meal along with my supplements. I will leave the house for the first time since Thursday and get a little exercise. My illness made me a hermit. But I feel good enough now that I can start exercising again slowly at 20 days. I will try my best to kind and helpful to all those I encounter on and off these boards. (What an order!)

Please avoid the paparazzi the other 36 days. I want to get to know you better but not Britney better.

I pledge to stay compliant today even thought I am having a crummy day with a fussy baby who just had three shots this morning and a toddler who is on my last nerve!! icon_lol.gif

I have got to get in my water too. It's noon and I have not had a sip of water yet!

So far I have stayed compliant though, YAH!! For me!

To keep my mind in the weight loss groove, I downloaded a bunch of weight loss podcasts off iTunes (they're free! icon_biggrin.gif ). Listening to them while I'm getting ready in the a.m. or driving or while I'm working out really helps me keep me in the On Plan mindset.

One of the programs recommends writing down your goals every morning before starting the day. I already have enough goin' on in the a.m., but I thought I could post them here on my first break. Hopefully it'll work as well as they say writing them down does. icon_mrgreen.gif

So, today my goals are:
1. To get up early and exercise - done! icon_smile.gif
2. To stay compliant and not cheat - so good so far
3. To get in all of the water, MF meals and L&G (I'm bad about forgetting or blowing off the last MF meal after the L&G).
4. To help DH mow the back yard - good exercise! icon_biggrin.gif

I don't get to the computer until later in the day, so I will make my pledge tonight....

I pledge to follow my "menu" for the day regardless of what comes my way. I will follow Dr A's advice and follow a 5 & 2 since I am involved in strenuous exercise.

I will eat a healthy breakfast which will set me up for a productive work-out. Just before I leave for the gym I will enjoy a MF supplement, after the gym I will savor a bar. After enjoying some solitude at the sewing machine I will enjoy another supplement. I will then eat a lean and green for dinner followed by two more wonderful supplements....

Thus sayeth the rodeomom...
