I got in exactly 120oz yesterday...although I was chuggin at 10 pm and up half the night running..so I pledge to drink my water steadily thoughout the day instead of putting it off until last minute..lol

Late late late but no cheats.

I pledge that I have been 100% compliant on the time I missed pledging and I pledge that I will be 100% mf comliant (since I probably will forget again) Till this Sunday roll call. Also, I pledge to drink 100+ oz of water each day...glug, glug.

Today is my 4th day on MF. Yesterday was such a challenge (no cheating though!) so I must put something down. I will not cheat today. I love myself more than I love food.
