My long-term goal is to hit my GOAL weight of 135 by July 25. That requires an average loss of 2.79 pounds a week. (thanks FitDay) I think I can do it. The only way that will be possible is COMPLIANCE which is my everyday goal. I may not make my summer goal but I KNOW I will weigh less than I do now if I just remain compliant.

Why July 25? Just wondering because that's my birthday!

Just arbitrary number crunching, but now I can consider it a tribute!

My summer goal is to stay at or below my goal of 135. It's actually a life goal, but I'm willing to break it into increments.

My goal is to be in ONEDERLAND (even by just one pound) by the end of May, because this summer I am finishing up a certificate in Crime Scene Tech and one of the two final summer classes is an expert witness/courtroom techniques class. I want to look professional and ready to see what new opportunities are out there for me!

How's everyone doing w/summer goals?

I just started, so my goal is to stick to the plan. The hardest part for me is getting the food in every 2 -3 hours, bec my pre-MF habits are skipping meals until late in the day.

I bought 5 weeks of MF, so my hope is to be down 20 - 30 lbs by mid-June or my son's b-day, which will be exactly 1 month after I started.

Then I will make a new goal. icon_wink.gif

Great goal Donna. Keep at it and you will get there, just don't stress yourself out if things slow a bit after 2 weeks. Alot of people plateau around then for a short time then it kicks in again.

Hah, Mike - stress is my middle name! icon_biggrin.gif But, I know what you mean, and I am going to do my best to accomodate them gracefully when they appear. icon_wink.gif

Thank you for that information! I was seriously beginning to wonder if this was "another eating plan" that just didn't work for me... I only lost a pound over the past week... I was kinda bummed, but you also posted in my journal thread and that helps me keep it going... I have faith in MF and have seen great results, although I had hoped to be down a total of 20 lbs by April 11th. Time is coming too fast. I'm pretty sure I wont make it... But, oh well. I got close. icon_wink.gif

Now about these SUMMER GOALS!!!! I had high hopes of being around 160, if not less by the early part of June. I would like to wear shorts maybe this summer, and lots of cute tops. My ultimate goal would be to be somewhere between 145 and 150 by SOMETIME this summer! (My birthday is August 9th, so that is a great goal!)
