Hi Friends,
I cannot seem to get my ticker thingie to show up. HELP!!!! And where do I find all the super cute emoticons??
Guess what? I think I have lost 5 pounds and this is the beginning of day 3...is that possible??

Congrats, and yes, it's possible! Although it's likely mostly water at this point, it's a fantastic start! You're going to be shedding pure FAT soon!

When you make your ticker, in the box that says BBcode, copy from [img] to [/img] (including both of those things). Then open your profile, and paste it into your signature box. For example, what's in my signature box in my profile page looks like:

Absolutely Michelle-

If you want your avatar to be like a pic of you or a pic of your own just e-mail it to Unca and let him know you want it to be your avatar and he will set you up.

There is a gallery in your profile with avatars you can select yourself but if there is nothing there you want just e-mail it to Unca and he can do it for you

Will send it to him....I am Harry Potter fan and I had a bunch of pics to fit the name.....and that is no problem....like I said I was just being cautious.
