Thought this would be a good place for the Medifast Transition Guide.
You can open it in a browser, or save it to your hardrive. You must have the Adobe Acrobat reader to view it. If you don't have the reader you can download it here:

I was just perusing this for use in the future. That picture of a chocolate covered donut on one of the pages is cruel! Who took the bite out of it? Fess up! |
