That's a great looking cookie!!!! How did you do that? Is it the recipe that has been going around? Or did you do something differently?

It is the OFFICIAL cookie recipe that has been circulating ... I'm just too lazy to drop by spoonfuls into five portions.

The picture was after I baked it. It really didn't get crispy but I did top it with cinnamon. It really was good.

Is this cookie recipe something we can use on the 5 & 1 plan, or is this for on the Maintainance only? How many cookies equal the meal, the whole batter (i.e. 5 cookies or one giant one)? I'd love to have something else for my on-the-go lifestyle!!

The whole package = one serving. I just choose to make one instead of five. This is a regulare MF meal so it can be used just as any meal replacement.

Dunno if anyone's tried this yet, but...

I wanted to toss out there that I followed this recipe, as written, except I omitted the additional cinnamon & substituted Almond Extract for the Vanilla, and baked it for an additional 5 or so minutes for extra crunchiness, and...

BAM! Biscotti icon_cool.gif

I'm in heaven!
