You must have MS Excel to use the new MMT Daily Journal. Click on the following link and save the file someplace handy (like your desktop). Follow the simple start procedures on the "Help" tab, and you're off and running.

PM me if you have any probs with it, or any ideas you may want to add to it.
Enjoy,

There was a couple things changed in the original "Daily Journal" today. If you got your copy ealier today, you may want to redownload a new copy from the address above.

The latest version is 1.0.

To find your version, rightclick on the file icon and view properties. The version number is under the "Summary" tab, in the "Subject" field.

Hey Unca,

Could you put in an SR(Service Request) to have them include Height in the BMI calculation? Currently it does not. Thanks so much and Happy New Year!

Hi Reann,
Go to the "Help" page (sheet tab lower left) and follow the 1st step. Your height for the BMI calculator is calculated by doing this step.

Thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention,

I really like this tool, and am using it. thank you for it!

Question: how come it doesn't have a space to record a bust measurement?

Thanks!

24 Karat Gold ~

Gulp! It vanished! I know I had it in the original...I'll have Unca fix it up for us. Maybe it's because mine disappeared! icon_eek.gif

24KG,
Thanks for the input.

I guess guys aren't in the habit of measuring their "woadies". (as Nancy calls them...icon_smile.gif)

A standard way of measuring "inches lost" is the "WATCH" system. This uses the measurements of Waist, Arms, Thighs, Calves, and Hips. That's how the "inches lost" are calculated in this log. I guess that's why I left out the Chest.

I included a chest measurement on a new release, if you want to download it again. I also included a simple chart to see your weight loss progress.

You may want to rename your current version before you download the new one, so you don't overwrite all your current info. Once you download the new version you can open them both and copy and paste your existing info into the new version.

Be sure to do the initial start steps again from the "Help" tab.

Thanks for your comments,

Hmm. Unless I'm missing something, it's still not there.

Find it 24KG?

It's the 7th column over between "Hips" and "Meals".

No Unca, it does not show up on the 1.1 version that I downloaded from your latest link. And the "created by" box after I download it suggests that what you have posted today as 1.1 is really the old 1.0. Is it possible that you set up the link to read 1.1 but actually linked it to 1.0?

hmmmm....this is bazarre.

The link looks good on this end and points to 1.1.

I delete mine and download from the link, and I get 1.1 with the new changes.

Try downloading the link into it's own folder, or a different folder than what you have your current version in. Rightclick and "View Properties" and see if you're getting Version 1.1.

If that doesn't do it, let me know and I'll email you a copy.

Aha! This must be another of those odd AOL things!

I tried the download two or three times from an open AOL window, and always got the same version I downloaded when you first posted the link, the 1.0 version.

On a hunch, this last time I opened Firefox and downloaded it through there. La voila, version 1.1!

Thank you so much -- sorry for the AOL problems. I can't quite bring myself to get rid of it after all these years (my primary email accounts are on it), even though I know the true geeks turn up their noses at it.
