Started this whole thing on a whim about 3 days ago ( Date 8-1-08 ) and so far am already losing more weight than I expected. (6 lb's in less than 3 days)

my goal right now is 30 lb's, might go up to 50... but I care more about inches than how much I weigh

Honestly my problem has always been about disipline when it comes to eating and being active. Following a plan like this makes it way easier.

Hope I can get to know you guys and make some friends.

P.S. a What's Up to any locals from Tooele, Utah... or Lake Oswego, Oregon

Welcome! Great job on your first three days - this plan definitely works (despite all the griping you'll hear from me, that's just because I insist on eating things I'm not supposed to all the time icon_redface.gif icon_rolleyes.gif ). You'll see more great results if you just stay the course.

I saw your celery question, but I don't know the answer to it - the only snacks I use are the MF soy crisps and sometimes dill pickles. I am literally too lazy to wash and cut a stalk of celery. Hope somebody can help you with that!
