Good Morning fellow MFers!!!
I was away the whole month of July and unable
to consistently stay on MF, so I chose to try and
just eat sensibly, exercise, and get back on plan
when I returned.
Well, I've returned.
So I'm back on plan, back
on roll call, and ready to reach goal.
I'm giving back my 20 lbs. loss and
resetting my ticker to indicate the weight
I kept off and the weight I need to lose.
Look forward to posting my losses next week.

Good Morning...
I posted in what I thought was a new roll call but got it wrong ! Anyway...Good for you LA Woman in re-starting...A bunch of us are back and I think it's great ! We are all going to be super healthy in no time !
I'm up 2 lbs...Got my TOM 2 times this month...Not sure what that is all about ! Drinking water, took a walk, and I am on target !

I'm weighing in on Wednesdays so I'm a bit late for roll call, but this week I was down 5.4 pounds in spite of myself (trouble getting re-started).
So if I keep this up I'll be at goal by Christmas - ha! I know it will slow down, my real target date is May 16th (birthday) but before I'm chastised, let me just say that I do realize I can only control what I do, not what I lose.
Looking forward to being able to post a weigh-in next week where I was compliant all 7 days. Off to get my oatmeal.... |
