I've seen people posting about having trouble with the hot drinks being clumpy or forming skins or sludge.... so I thought I'd show people what I use....
The little mini hand mixer I use works so fast, and cleanup is a zip (just put it under the tap for about 1 second and zip it).
I use this for all of my hot drinks... microwave your 1 cup of water, add the packet, and then use this to whip it up in less than 10 seconds.
It also works for mixing the eggs and the creamy soups.
I love it.

I will have to say I love this thing even if, as I posted in Kelly's thread about the coffee, I don't always take the time to make sure there are no clumpies on the sides of the cup.
One warning: make sure you've got room for the vortex in your container. Stirring in the opposite direction of the vortex helps, but I've had some tsunamis hit counter, desk, official district documents. . . |
