Hi, Lady.
The Quick Start Guide also has guidelines for the Lean & Green (L&G) meal. There's also lots of help and support for the tecnical part of the program through the Support in Motion site if you sign up (it's free).
You can also call Customer Support and ask for a free Health Coach who'll stick with you while you lose the weight, transition into maintenance, and continue a healthy lifestyle for years to come. They'll assign you someone. I don't know who long that takes. (Or you can choose one on your own and ask that person directly. Terry and Nancy have profiles on their main MakeMeThinner page.)
Eating too few calories can stall your weightloss and backfire, so make sure you're measuring your L&G meal. (1 1/2 c. steamed veggies -- make sure they're from the list in the quickstart guide -- or 2 c lettuce/greens w/ 1/2 c other veggies. 5 to 7 oz of protein depending on the source) And like Brenda posted, choose something to eat every 3 hours.
Go get 'em! |

Hi All,
I need your feedback regarding the following 2 points: Please let me know what you guys think about it!
1. I saw that on 1 packet of the chocolate shake it contains like 6 g of sugar ???????????? is that ok ? or too much ? coz I am having like 3-4 shakes a day .
2. My favorite food item is 'noodles' ... yes any noodles, chinese, japanese..indian... all kinds of noodles., I love them allll. Can I include some in a bowl of salad , or probably make like a mix of a few boiled shrimps. mix veggies, little noodles and little hot sauce (yummyyyy ). I did try that for L&G. Is that OK ??????
I need your suggestionssss please |

You can have any combination of 5 of the MF supplements in a day. The great thing about this program is that you don't have to worry about reading lables cause it is all balanced to work just right in a 5 & 1. Don't worry about what is in the MF meals - they are just perfect!
Noodles have too much carbs in them to use during the weight loss phase. Sorry. Have you tried Medifast's Chicken n Noodle soup? If you like the noodles you should love that product.
Best thing to remember is that if the QSG does not say it is allowed, then it is not allowed. |

ok Dear,
as you say rodeomom... no more noddles (sigh). Yes I did try the chicken noodle from MF, but you know its not all that tasty as the normal one
But, as you said,....I will just follow MF 5+1....
Also I forgot to mention that every morning I do have 'one a day' weight smart vitamins... I hope this is fine
Oh yes and by the way , where do you guys get those cute ' weight Tickers' on your replies.. please let me know... its so cuteeeeeeee...
luv & regards
And Good Luck to all !!!!! |

Hi ladyluck,
Sounds like you're doing an awesome job! Keep up the good work!! I'm a newbie too, so maybe we can support one another!
As for the ticker, Brenda suggested to go to www.tickerfactory.com, it's pretty easy... or just click on someone else's... it will link you directly to the page and just click get your own ticker.
Hope this helps! I love the ticker!! It's quite motivating, isn't it? |
