I was just directed to a link and found it had 96 pages of recipes (when I pasted it into word for ease in printing).

I don't think I can post it here and some recipes are not appropriate for all stages, but if you would like a copy, please feel free to e-mail me or send a note. I will happily send the link or a WORD copy.

Hi Sidrah.... would love it... my e-mail is a little button at the bottom of this post.

I've found a number of "recipes" going through Medifast related sites and I find it amazing the number of totally non compliant recipes people use... adding things like 1/4 cup egg beaters or using MF packets with their Lean and Green. Anyhow... I love going through them and finding those I can edit to make compliant.
