Today will be Day 24 out of 25 of compliance!

While I'm only down 6 lbs in that time, I remind myself that this same victory would have taken me 3 months on any other program, and probably longer given my one day of non compliance. (And, boy, did I pay for that day!! Sick in bed throwing up with a migraine for 2 days.)

A friend of mind sent me a Homer Simpson quote: "You can't keep blaming yourself. Blame yourself once and move on."

Yup. After this long to still be averaging 6-10 pound range weight loss in 4 weeks is pretty good on top of all that weight you have already said goodbye to.

It's better than gaining 6 pounds in 3 weeks and you look great!
