I found this recipe on SIM and thought others might enjoy it. Haven't tried them yet, but they sound similar, yet different, from the pancakes I love.

Crepes

1 pkg. MF Vanilla Shake
1 pkg. MF Scrambled Egg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 packet stevia (I used splenda)
pinch of salt

Add water to get a thin pancake/crepe batter consistency. Heat a small non stick skillet and spray with PAM. Pour with enough batter to coat bottom of the pan. Cook over med. heat until set. Then turn and cook the other side for a minute or so. They are fragile so it takes care in turning. If it tears when turning, then try to make the next one a little thicker. They cook quickly so keep an eye on it. Makes two MF meals. Not great cold but I guess you could microwave the other half.
