I'm hangin there. Had a set back a couple of days ago, but it just lasted a little bit and I was right back OP. The kids stress me out and I have got to learn how to deal with that.

Yesterday I worked a long day and was away from the house for 14 hours. icon_eek.gif It's amazing how easy it is for me to stay OP when I am at work. I just need to work 7 days a week. icon_smile.gif

I hear you there Sharon. When I am not in a normal routine I struggle more.
Hope you have a good day today. Say hi to the hubby for us too.

I am OK if I am busy no matter where I am. Since I am off work, I can't say one way or the other there. At home, if I am sewing or working with a horse or two or mowing - no problem. When I have down time and sit in front of the TV is when I have issues. As I keep saying - boils down to psychology!

Here I am, what day is it? Day 12 I believe. Doing well, feeling good, except I am tired. Not really feeling the energy that everyone talks about, but then again my two little monkeys I think zap most of my energy. icon_lol.gif

On Monday I started taking the kids for a walk. I have been leaving at 9 am before it gets to hot. The first day I walked to the park and back, that takes about 20 min. Today I walked for 35-40 min, I was sweating like a pig and I mean that. It felt great. I feel like I am doing something for me. So that's our new thing, get up, eat breakfast, chill for an hour or so and then we are off for a walk.

Yesterday was the first day that I noticed my clothes feeling a little loser. What a great feeling that was, finally! icon_mrgreen.gif

I had hubby hide the scale on Sunday, I was getting tired of the whole up .2 down .4 or whatever it would be. It's to much mental game playing for me and I will do much better without it. I will be weighing once or twice a week. This Thurs. marks two weeks for me so of course I will be weighing in then.

Why do I feel like I have been on MF for months now?? So...weird.

You are doing great Sharon! Getting off the eternal circle of the micro pound numbers is a good choice. I don't even have a scale that reads that literal. You are making good choices by getting in some walking and noticing the way your clothing feels on you.

You may be feeling tired because of your increased activity. Since you have only been on the program for 2 weeks you want to watch you don't overdo your exercise. TSFL recommends waiting 3 weeks before you add an exercise routine. Walking is great, but you don't want to wear your body out while it is still adjusting to the supplements. Ask your HA or check out the website for TSFL's recommended walking program.

Now that you are through 2 weeks, the meal plan should start to be a habit rather than a chore. Go through the motions and keep noticing those little losses like the inches and the clothing changes. It won't feel like so long when you see the progress.

Know your "WHY!" Keep reminding yourself why you chose to start the program.

yeah, you could
always talk to your HA's icon_twisted.gif
you are doing great, but remember, you haven't been doing this continuously for a long time, so let the body adjust or add in a shake. If you are hungry or tired, then your body is telling you it needs more in then it is getting.
hang in there and keep doing what you are doing. Hubby also.

I think the walks have done me more good, than anything else. I am only walking about a mile and a half and even less some days. I am enjoying them everyday. However today I got a blister, I was so bummed, but I will get some mole skin and hope that does the trick.

So I am down 9.9 pounds after two weeks. I have no cravings, I eat my L&G and feel satisfied, imagine that. icon_cheers.gif Here's to week three.

Learning to eat only until I was not hungry anymore not until I was full made a big difference in my lifestyle and habits.
