Short on time so.... glad dad is awake... keep up the good work. Any antioxidant product is fine... the max number of infusers of any combination is 5 per day (5 calories each). Max of 3 momentum products.

Can't answer that last question, but I just wanted to say how glad I am that your dad's out of his coma and showing more progress. Do they think the rest will come back with time? I imagine you don't just wake up as if nothing ever happened, like in the movies, so there will be gradual improvement. I hope so, at least.

And great on the grill. I love those little things. Used mine all the time when I was on the program. Quick, easy, and doesn't heat up the kitchen too much during the summer.

Right now they're unsure as to what kind of brain damage he might have sustained due to hypoxia (oxygen deprivation) and what kind of movement, if any, might return. He suffered a pretty severe spinal injury, so they're not certain any of that will come back. Right now its a wait & see kind of game

Wow. Well, hang in there. I hope you have some even better news soon. When do you go to Florida? And will someone else be there for your mom when you're gone?

I'm actually going to Wisconsin, not Florida, and I'll go on the 31st so I can take my younger brother on the 30th for his driver's test. When I go he'll be there and we have two very close family-friend families nearby. My younger brother and younger sister will be at home too. Older brother lives in NY, but can do some of his work at home and can be around. We also have about 10+ other cousins/relatives living in NY who come down/visit often, so she'll be okay

Down another 1.3lbs (which i wasnt expecting cuz i had 3 diet sodas, a pickle spear, and when I was cooking some spaghetti for my brother I had to taste the sauce/noodles)... anyway, down to 261.5

Good job on the continued loss!

You've done such a wonderful job of balancing your career, family crisis and staying on the plan. I know most of us wouldn't have been so strong. You derserve big kudos! It's so sweet of you to help your brother get his driver's test.

So when I weighed this morning at 260.8, I had woken up at 6 but couldn't eliminate. I had my first medimeal at around 7, then went back to sleep at 7:30 or 8, getting up at 11:30. I was able to eliminate this time, and just for fun I weighed myself again - I've lost another 1.1 lbs since this morning, so down to 259.7. I'm not gonna record it as counting (though I think it might - early in the morning, after waking up, after going to the bathroom) but I'll just wait until tomorrow and see whats up

Weighed in this morning at 259.9. I did off plan it ever so slightly yesterday - instead of having one medimeal, I had a couple of these kabobs a family friend made. I guess it didn't make too much of a difference because I still lost .9 lbs since yesterday

Anyway, so I met my goal that I had set for Thursday today, so I guess I'll set another one.

New goal: To be down to 256 (to have lost 35 lbs) by the 31st, which is when I fly out.
