Okay...week 2, here is what I am doing I only really have 1 concern, but if I am blowing it elsewhere, I hope someone sets me straight.
I do not do bars at all, 5 supp and 1 L&G, at least 64 oz water. 2 of my supps are shakes.
Now the iffy parts. I drink 2 cups of coffee per day, 1 tsp creamer and 1 spenda.
I use a sprinkle of cinn. and 1 splenda in oatmeal per day.
So, my use is 3 Splenda per day, and maybe a diet soda. Reality I get more than my 64 oz water in, but don't count it, as I consider the 2 coffees.
BTW I could live on the oatmeals for life. Back in the day, 3 shakes were advised, they changed that. Has anyone done really well on only 1 or 2 shakes per day?

HI there! I know that I have gone a week just with oatmeal because that is what I craved.
I Have gone plenty of times without shakes at all for a couple of weeks at a time as well.

1. I started with and continue to use only 1-2 shakes a day
2. I before MF had 1 drop of coffee in my cup of creamer each day lol, but now I use 1Tbsp of Fat Free half & half or Sugar Free Fat Free creamer and 1-2 packets of splenda
This is how I started and have stayed and I have not really stalled but being as I started MF doing this I cannot say if you would have a bigger loss doing more shakes or less coffee. This is just my experience with this hope it helps. |

Hi Maisy,
Your program looks fine. I do know that sometimes people have too much or too little in their L&G and that can affect things.
We've also had folks who simply needed ore nutrition to kick start their bodies into losing more, so we've actually advised them to do 6-1 instead of 5-1. Given that you don't do bars, this might be something to consider.
The creamer in the coffee and the sweetener in the oatmeal (given how much you are having) should not be an issue.
