Black olives??

Hi Folks,
This is my first day back on medifast after stopping a few times due to SO MANY things but starting again FOR GOOD. Ugh, I remember the first few days are pretty rough but I look forward to when my body adjusts to the plan. So happy to be back with you all. I miss all your supportive, compassionate and encouraging posts:).

I have quick question. Can we use black olives on the medifast plan? I'd like to spice up my salad tonight with a few (3 maybe?). And if I use the olives can I eat dark chicken meat in my meal? or do the olives use up my fat alotment? Sorry, been awhile since I've been on the plan and I can't seem to find this answer in my booklet.
