Medifast Grand Lost

I think we should all add up what we have individually lost and see how much collectively we have lost since being in the Medifast program.

I have lost 30 lbs while on Medifast, now the next person tell us how much you have lost and then add it to the total, so the grand total right now is:

I HAVE LOST 30.5 POUNDS AND I STARTED ON MAY 14TH AND I'M STILL GOING STRONG SO WITH MINE ADDED WE ARE AT 163.5 POUNDS

Don't forget me - I've lost 43.50, grand total 285.40

AND I bought size 18 pants and shirts last week while on vacation! What a miracle that is. Trying on clothes was fun for the first time in years.

I also know my Mom has lost some 60-70, I need to get her to add her legetimate pounds, AND my buddy John, he has posted 2-3 times, I spoke to him, he has lost 60+!!! I need to link him to this also...
