Medifast Grand Lost

you can add to this list 20 lbs that I have lost, so the grand total so far is

1107.9 lbs, this is awesome!!!!

It would be great to start a new thread like this on January 1, 2005 to December 31. 2005, just to see what the grand total for the year would be. This one I started mid-year and as you can see it is close to a ton and that means a lot of us are healthier and lighter than before. My best to all.

Add my 4# from this past week....... 1127.9!! I wonder what that compares to weight wise? A car, a bus! That's a lot of weight lost!

I've forgotten to add my losses here to our grand total! Mercy, if I had a brain, I'd be dangerous...

Adding the rest of my loss other than what I've already added to the total here, there's 11 more pounds I'm adding to total my 70 pound loss.

Total is now 1138.9

Perhaps a Spring to Summer venture. Begin the post on Monday, April 18th and go til the first day of summer...it's up to YOU to do it.

It's pretty amazing when they are all added together.

Iknow our feather bed is a lot puffier and fluffier now that 195 pounds is no longer kerplunked on it!

The foundation of our home rose a few inches outta the ground....
