Saa DMB 87 ~

Oh, yeah! You can have that 40 pounds of flabbage off by your birthday - IF you choose wisely every day.

Remind yourself: What do I want more? to be at goal weight or to eat this Twinkie that has more preservatives than Dick Clark?

Do I want to be at my goal weight or do I wanna scarf this tasteless bag of Sour Cream 'n Onion chips?

Remind yourelf that you KNOW how that ^&*#^*()_@ tastes and it will still be around after October 29th.

You can choose to give your self the very best gift of all: improved health, improved self-esteem, improved confidence, etc.

I'm sure your gift will be wrapped in elegant paper with a big honkin' poofy bow right on the top!

This is IT for you - go for your goal! We'll be cheering you on!

icon_redface.gif Dear REALLY RED ONE ~ icon_redface.gif

Honey, if I knew where to order those Dick Clark Preservatives, believe me, I'd be woofing down a handful of 'em right about now! bib.gif

Wrinkles and gray hair used to bug the puckies outta me but no more - I figure I DESERVE them - I worked real hard to get them! icon_wink.gif Got a 'stache, too but I keep it well-waxed...but then again, that is definitely TMI.

wax on, waxing off... Leopard Woman

Well, Honey, leopards DO have whiskahs, ya know - it helps us to feel our way through dark jungles...keeps us from running into dangerous flab-infested and cellulite-encrusted foods...

I've actually lost an additional 19.6 since I last checked this thread. So the ever growing total is 1080.9.

And Camille - byt the way - you rock! So much for that plateau, huh?

I only have 15 to go so maybe we'll be partying at about the same time!
