| I was just wondering if the Chai latte has caffiene in it. I dont see it saying on the box that it does, I just wanna make sure if I take it at night I can still sleep! |

The hot cocoa has 2.6 mg (a small decaf coffee has about 15 mg).
The capp and chai both have 0 mg.
Not problem with that. In fact, the highest of all products is the 70 Swiss Mocha with about 14 mg. The 55 Swiss Mocha has about 9. All others are lower down to 0. |

Yes, The Momentum products have 100 mg caffeine each. Forgot that (they aren't on the allergen list I have. I was looking at the regular products.
Momentum has a combination of caffeine and EGCG (green tea extract). The EGCG has no stimulant effect like the caffeine does. The combination of the two increases metabolism (actually raises energy inside which burns calories) like taking a 15 min walk without taking it. It also suppresses appetite and increases energy level.
