With no Medifast food. I had to go to a meeting and it took way longer than I thought. I would never have made it back to work, I was sooo hungry. They only had pastries so I ate a protein bar my brother had. ( I work w/family) How bad will it mess me up?

It's not to far off from the MF bar that I normally eat

My bar:
Cal: 170
Cal from fat: 40
Total Fat: 4g
Total Carb: 25g
Fiber: 5g
Protein: 10g
Sodium: 190mg
Sugar: 15g

MF Bar:
Cal: 170
Cal from fat:45
Total fat: 5g
Total Carbs: 22g
Fiber: 4g
Protein: 11g
Sodium:160mg
Sugar: 11g

I would never advocate this,I know how great MF is, but the "store brand" that I ate was like heaven. It was sooo good! Like eating a candy bar. Is this difference enough to affect my weight loss? (if i were to eat it instead of the MF bar?)

I have had to do that sometimes too - it has never been enough to throw me out of ketosis.

You did some quick thinking in an emergency and looks like you did just fine. Obviously, the other bar has ore sugar and the protein wasn't as good, and of course it was probably not as well vitamin enriched. You should be okay.
