Thanks Biks, A year ago I would of been really disappointed with that number. This year I am actually fine with it. I know that 2.4# is a lot because I would never lose that at WW the second week. The one thing that is great, I save so much money when I am on this program. Yeah it sounds expensive but in actuality IT is saving me like 40 bucks a week.

| WOW! That's quite a savings. And it really is a good loss. You are just a person who is lucky enough to pull some monster losses so your perspective is different. |

Hi I just joined today this board today . I joined medifast (2 time around) last Monday. So in 6 days I lost 9 lbs. I very happy with that.I have alot to lose. First time was 5months ago and some personal issues caused me to stop in the 2 nd week.
I started at 270.8 on Mondayand this morning I was 261.8. No problems starting the diet, don't feel hungry no head aches. No real desire to cheat. Chocolate pudding keeps me on the diet.

Wow ,you lost over 100 lbs! That is my goal I want to get to 170.
145 would be great but I'll readjust my goal after I hit 100 lbs lost.

Thanks Liz, Sometimes it is a struggle. I have been off and on for a year and a half. I have lost a lot and then gained some back. I am tired of this roller coaster I need to get it done. You can do it Liz will do it together. One thing is this forum is the best You have people that have restarted and people that have gone all the way to goal. This year I am making it to goal. Yeah would I love to lose it all by summer absolutely but i am not going to get obsessed anymore, I just want to lose the fat so if it takes me a whole year so be it. Even if I make a mistake I am going to get right back on. Liz the people are always here for you. No matter what.

I'm back .
Restarted on the 1st. As of today I lost 9.5 lbs so far.
Need to go readjust my ticker...brush of the dust!! LOL

I started on Friday, but want to get on track with Roll Call - It is such a motivator for me! So, in 2 days, down 2.5 pounds!

Afternoon everyone!
I'm so glad to be re-joining roll call! I'm happy to report nearly a 4lb loss this week (1/2 way through my 2nd week), putting me at a grand total of 10lbs lost in 12 days! YAY! I wish the rate of loss would stay this fast, but WHAT a motivation! Kind of makes that weird pizza chasing me dream I had last night ridiculous and not even an option, huh?
Congrats to everyone for losing and maintaining this week and T...I'm sending happy scale fairy thoughts your way!
Unca or Mike, would you mind terribly putting me BACK in the 50# club? I'd appreciate it!
