Becki,
Try using them in the reciopes for the muffins, brownies, panacakes in the Lean Cuisine section.
Make sure also that you don't microwave them... prepare them just as you would regular scrambled eggs.. with some spices too.

WOW ....I liked the eggs! either in a mix with the oatmeal (as pancakes) or just on the stove! I use a mini-blender to mix them as then they are fluffy and good!
I guess mike and I will just eat ALL the eggs! |

More power to ya Steve.. lol
I like the eggs, but I can't say I'm gonna go eat 'em all..... lol
I do thin they are handy for recipes for folks who don't like eggs alone. They really do help the pancakes and muffins/brownie recipes. |

i'm sorry steve but i couldn't hold this in. I could almost feel your excitement about the eggs. However, when i first read the post, it took me back to the dr. suess "Green Eggs and Ham" book.
Do you like them in the car?
Or will you eat them at a bar?
Will you eat them while you're hunting elk?
Or will you eat 'em up all by yourself?
I'm sorry steve, so so sorry... |
