hmmm...I already answered that once. We musta lost some posts.
Just click on the forum link here, then add that link to your favorites before you log in.
I just linked the "Live Help" link at the top of every forum page to the new chat room. Not sure how that works yet. |

If not, what day/hour works for you?
It's open 24/7, so you can check in anytime to see if anyone's around.
I'm usually in there, but may not be at my computer.
We've got several sign ups and quite a few have stopped in to say hi.
Also, you can click on the "Live Help" link now to access the Chatroom.
Once you click on the Live Help button, use the top link to enter the Chatroom.

| I can't get into the chat room today - had no issue before. Everytime I click General Chat, it attempts to load and then boots me out AND shuts down IE. <waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa> |

Nope, it won't let me in. I finally got into the room, three times I think, but it locks up and won't let me do anything and then I have to shut everything down to get out.
I give up! |

Looks like it worked Unca....  Just kidding. 
Sounds like your computer has issues with the chat site. Perhaps Unca will have better advice.
