I add garlic and Grandmas' Chili powder. Sometimes a little salsa.
The key is cooking it right.... make sure you let it sit after cooking because the crunchy beans suck.

My method was pretty close to the one Unca linked to. But 6 ounces of water and I let it soak overnight and then microwaved. But otherwise added a little Better Than Bouillon chili base, a little cumin and maybe chili powder and a little dehydrated onion or green onion.

Mine's pretty close to Mike's. I add a generous amount of chili powder and some salsa. But I use 6oz water and cook the crap out of it and then let it sit forever. I have to get all the crunchies out.

You know... I actually LOVE the chili. I cook mine in 5 ounces of water on Heat Level 7 for 3 minutes. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of Tapito's hot sauce, and a touch of Molly McCheese. Have it almost eveyday at work.

Are you looking in the spices aisle? I know that Wal-Mart carries it, but it isn't with any cheese products. I always find it with the spices.
