It's coming, it's coming, it's coming! My surgery is Monday, and I am OH SO EXCITED!

Yeah, I should be nervous, and probably will be soon, but for now I am just totally psyched to be rid of this excess stuff. However, let me be very clear to every newbie on this board - even if I could never have the excess skin removed, I would absolutely 100% still do MF and still lose the weight that I did. There is no comparison in the world between my life before and my life after Medifast. Every single thing is better. Every. Single. Thing. So don't let fears (even if some are realized) like hair loss or excess skin be a deterrent.

yep, what she said, everyone. Excess skin is trivial....it's the stretched out fat filled stuff that's a real pain.

Lauren, I'll be thinking of you tomorrow, too. Is there any way you (or maybe a friend or family member) can check in with someone here so we know you made it through the surgery and are doing OK? I'm guessing it'll be awhile before you'll be up to posting.

And I'd send you my Mojo, too, but I don't think she'd be much help. You're better off with Sojo's.
