I do not have any I want to sell, but I will share that it is good. I've ordered the 4 pack and used it up, then the next order I placed I bought 8 because I didn't want to pay the shipping any more often than necessary. I do like it, it tastes just like regular Peanut Butter. I haven't made any for at least 3 weeks, use to have it once a day, 2 TBS spread on my afternoon bar. YUM! If you don't find someone willing to sell you a jar, I'd suggest buying the 4 pack---if you are a fan of peanut butter. I've put it in puddings but don't think I've ever tried it in a shake. Good stuff.

Fake peanut butter - a powder I think. You mix it with water to make the paste. Some people put it in their shakes.

It isn't fake peanut butter...... it is powdered peanut butter that you reconsitute with water.

go to www dot bellplantation dot com to read about it. If you like peanut butter, it is excellent and well worth placing an order for it.

Technically, its the leftover peanut powder that the company gets after they process roasted peanut oil. I guess they figured its a waste to throw it out.
Basically, its very low fat peanut butter after you mix a bit of water with it. Personally, I add it to my oatmeal or vanilla shake to get a little peanut butter flavor. COunts as your snack for the day though, so be careful.

I may have to get some. I could use it on my "green" if I did celery....

Is celery technically a "Green" on the plan? Always considered it just a snack. Anyway, I believe many people do use it on celery.

Shows what I know icon_redface.gif Anyway, you can use it on the celery, but it still counts as your snack for the day in addition to the celery counting as your green.

I think it sounds great! But it would take me forever to go through that much PB. So, I would be in on splitting a 4 pack.

Just a reminder. 1 serving of PB2 is 2 T, which doesn't go extremely far. It would count as your 1 snack for the day, and it is 54 calories per serving.
