Great idea Hols! Doesn't take a lot of time, not dependent upon weather, can even do them when you travel. My midsection has been my most stubborn bodypart when it comes to losing the fat. I'm in!

Just took my waist and lower ab measurements and did my 100 for today!

I do about 7 sit-ups every day.
That may not sound like much,
but you can only hit the snooze button so many times...

Great idea, Hol!!
Unfortunately, my back issues prevent me from joining y'all,
but I'll be cheering from the sidelines!

Good luck!!

That's what I'm afraid of and my back is no where near as bad as yours but I was in physical therapy for it several months back and it is an old injury so it is just waiting to be triggered!

HOL, BABY,
I have worked up to ten sets for the abs on the Y machines.
