If you are a teenager or have any teens that are on the Take Shape For Life Program, please be advised that TSFL is implementing a new teen study. Here is a link to a survey we invite teens to take: http://www.tsfl.com/teens.asp.

The purpose of the survey is to gather info about the TSFL Program and the Medifast meal replacement products that appeals to teens, and just as importantly, what does not. Once compiled, TSFL will use the feedback as a tool to create a program and products specifically geared toward teens.

The larger the sample size, the more useful the data will be.
Please spread the word about the TEEN SURVEY!
