I do not like exercise. As part of the changes that occur from loosing weight and taming the emotional triggers that caused me to gain, a flabby body will not firm up without exercise. Also exercise has countless other benefits that I would choose to forget, but I do not like Bat Wings.
Best wishes to everyone who can get their exercise in!
Now tell me to go for a walk............ |

| A walk is a GREAT way to get started! You can increase the duration as you grow more and more comfortable! |

| Maybe, at least to start, don't even approach it as exercise. How about just taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and parking a little farther away from the door? Little things like that can add up, and it can be less intimidating than actually starting an exercise program. |
