headin’ north to the Seattle, Washington area for few days to so some TSFL Program Overview Presentations and Healthy Tastings.

If you are in the area, we would

We will also be meeting with health coaches in the area for some small group and one-on-one training sessions.

If you have friends or relatives in the area that would benefit from the wonderful Take Shape for Life programs or the Medifast health management products, we would be happy to have them attend.

Well Hello Nancy!
I've asked the Dear Unca to please add a picture to this post...
I wanted to tell you, again, what a distinct pleasure it was to meet up with you, The Fabulous One, & Mr. Fabulous in Seattle last week! You are both inspirations on so many different levels~

I believe that we'll be back in the neighborhood next year, maybe we can do it again? How about Sandpoint between now & then?

Dear Amber ~

It was so much

fun to meet you!

Folks, she is so teensy!

Just looky at her blonde hair and amazing smile!

I felt like Amazonia standing next to petite Amber!

Although the photo doesn’t show it, this perky little pixie was wearing a short khaki-colored skort and sandals.

Amber, you are really a wonderful person – you determined to make changes to your eating and life style, and here you are 10 months later, maintaining your healthy weight! By your example, we know it is possible to lose it and keep it off, too.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us.

Seattle is a town of temptations…lots ta see and taste, eh?

Amber, thank you so much for spending time with us. The bracelet you made for me is lovely and it will remind me always of beautiful YOU!
