I am in my 2nd week on the program so at the end of next week I will be starting an exercise regimen. I would like to do Tae Bo but is that to much to start off with even if I don't do the movements to hard? I get bored very quickly and want to do something that will keep me interested and Tae Bo is it. I did it 3 years ago and loved it. Please tell me what you think everyone.
