Joy B4, down 25 and 40 and now

Before photo is in May 2007 with my siblings and our mother, here I was 218lbs baby blue wearing an XL or tight 16.

I am down 25# in this next photo about Aug 30 and 2 full months on MF now wearing a tight 12 or Lg.

Here are photos just recently where I am down over 40lbs and I am wearing Med or 10.

I am staying where I am at for a while because I am healty and need to put to use the small portions I have learned into my daily life.

Great pictures. You must identify the family group---looks like maybe a 3-4 generation picture.
You are going to be so glad you posted before pictures. Just think how your next generation picture is going to look.

Girl, you'll be so glad that you posted these,
and can go back to them again and again
for inspiration as you continue to lose.
That said ~ it really doesn't seem that you have a lot to lose.
Soon, you'll be as thin as your son!

Before you know it you'll be showing us a much thinner you.

How very sad that your mother was injured in that accident and that her life changed so much.
