So anyone who signed up - even if you've had a nibble or an out-and-out buffet - don't forget we said we'd say how many days out of the 100 we were compliant, and post before/after pictures. I say we should still do it - we may not be perfect, but we're all here and we keep trying, and that's inspirational, too! |
Maybe I should drop out since I didn't take a before photo and have no idea how many days I have been compliant. |

| No no - it's just coincidence that my 60# club pictures were taken within a few days of starting the challenge. Even without photos we can still give a ballpark of compliant days. I know you must have more than me, Biki - I'm only at 38 - and I had to go back in my journal to figure out when I cheated exactly to get that number. I just don't want to see this fade off into the sunset, that's all. Everybody hang in there and on the 15th we'll just report back in with whatever info we have about the last 100 days - good, bad, incomplete, whatever you remember! |

| I bought a sticker-maker for school this year - I'll let you know if it works, then you can make your own Jo-face stickers or something. Wouldn't that be a hoot? Her face (with tiara, of course!) when you're compliant, mine if you're not. That should scare you into no more chocolate cakes - I know I'd be afraid of seeing two weeks of my face on my calendar from this latest cheat. But if Jo is the compliance queen, I must be the cheat jester. Oh, and the pizza boy harlot, lest I forget. |

And when you're done with the calendar full of jo stickers, you can recycle it to the basement to scare away the vermin. |

Stop! They will be placed in a location of honor in our home. We have a altar from our travels with a Buddha and rosary and pictures of my dad and stuff. I think you should go there. |

| Actually, Biks, you should mail me some of Jo wagging her finger at me and I can stick them on all the naughty foods in my house! With a little speech bubble that says 'take the cotton out of your ears, Nickie!' |

And I can rig all the lids with a little chip like they use in greeting cards so when I open them, I hear 'are you being compliant today?'
Yeah, lack of sleep - does wonders for my thought processes.... |

Hey Nickie. I'm still in. Today's day 49 for me. I started MF on 07/11, so my hundred days is up 10/18. I'm hoping to at least join the 30 lb club by then. What do we have left, about 6 more weeks? Surely I can do it.
The 100 days challenge has been a positive thing for me. Rather than a daunting weight hanging over my head it's become an inspiration for me. Then again, I'm still in the honeymoon phase. I haven't thought far enough ahead to wonder what happens on day 101.
Still hanging in there,
Tracy |

I started MF a couple of days after this challenge started so yesterday was my 100th day of compliance. I wanted to post my results incase there are any newbies wondering just what could be acccomplished in 100 days.
I'm 36, 5'2" and started at 190.6 lbs.
In 100 days I lost 40.8 lbs and at least 36.5 inches.
Today my weight is 149.8.
I've gone from wearing a tight 16 to a size 10.
*to see a breakdown of weekly losses and inches lost see page 14 of my journal
Anyone who started this challenge back in July and is continuing to strive for a healthier life should consider themselves a huge success story. I've seen someone's signature that says something like "we only fail when we stop trying." I truly believe that applies here.
Have a great day!
Tracy

Tracy. That is fantastic! Congrats! You are setting a marvelous example of the power of simple (but not always easy) compliance. You rock! |

I'm happy that you were successful in sticking to your goal of 100 days of compliance. I was wondering if anyone stuck to their committment (I didn't ).
I love that you shared how much difference the 100 days of compliance made in your weight, measurements and clothing size.
You've done so wonderfully on the program. Thank you for sharing on the forums. I enjoy your posts. |
