Lisa - on one of the previous pages of this thread Unca posted the code for you to paste into your profile signature, just like your ticker, and the challenge icon will show up. Welcome!

Hey Everyone

Today is day 5 for me. I am doing fine. I went to see "Hairspray" with my daughter and then had lunch. I had a chicken breast and salad. 2 big glasses of water.

Hope you have a great day !!

Today is starting day 15 for me and I have lost a total of 10#. Woo Hoo. Yesterday was very very hard for me. I took my son to the pool and all I could smell was french fries. I stuck it out. But since my son is trying to lose weight it is a benefit for both of us. Because he is not eating it. Weekends are really really hard for me.

Glad you made it through, Katie - and congrats on the 40# club!

Biki, I still think we have a great chance of getting you to goal by the end of the 100 days, and I'm actually kind of excited for your first weigh-in off the meds in another week (or two?).

My blasted scale was up again today - I really don't get it. But as long as each week I have a net loss I guess I shouldn't complain or worry too much. It looks like I'm just not an everyday loser - my body likes to shift things around and hold onto stuff every couple of days. Stupid body. icon_rolleyes.gif

Today is day 7 and I have lost 10 lbs by my scale. I go to my doc at 5 and will see what that scale shows.

I am excited about losing some weight. icon_biggrin.gif

:

If I can get my act together I need to lose an average of 1.7 lbs a week to reach goal by the end of the challenge. So it is quite doable but not on the top of the list right now.

Welcome Electra! You can do it - this challenge has been a great push for me and I hope it works for you, too.

Biki - no, it's not a priority but it's something I'd like to see - you deserve it more than just about anybody, I think, if it's fair to say that.
