Fireworks are flashin' and the American flag is flyin' ~
We live in Vancouver, Washington just about a mile and a half from Ft. Vancouver along the edge of the rolling Columbia River.
The city has promised the largest fireworks display west of the mighty Mississip this year and the kaboom of the pre-holiday firecrackers seem to validify that promise!
There are some hot deals from Medifast this month.
You may wish to include some of them in your BeSlim Club order.
By the way, in addition to progressive monthly discounts on Medifast food purchases, BeSlim Club members are also earning reward points that may be redeemed for TSFL merchandise.
The list includes apparel, exercise equipment, Spa trips
Huh?
Did somebuddy say SPA trips?
Well, count me in!
If you haven't signed up yet, contact your Health Advisor for information and save $ on your Medifast food purchases.

| Aren't you only supposed to have one snack a day, or has that changed? |

Nope, it hasn't changed.
Sorry 'bout that, Robin ~ this is a Maintenance meal/ a healthy snack option for mantainers.
Now that we have the great meal plan analyzer on the My Support in Motion, a person could work it into their meal plan and stay within the guidelines of 800-1k cals and 85 carbs... |
