I am wondering? My doctor provided me with a carb blocking Rx and suggested also to take fiber before my meals. He is very supportive of the South Beach Diet and that is his perferred method of weight loss, however, he was fully behind me when I told him I was going to MF.

The amount of carbs on some of the products (bar) are high? I was just curious what others are using?

Let Medifast do it's thing.
You don't need carb blockers, or anything else.
