I was exercising 5 times a week until I stopped about six weeks ago. I would do eliptical or treadmill for an hour and then maybe a little bit of strength training every other day. My question now is since I stopped and haven't done anything in almost two months I would like to know how to start again. I've only been on the program six days. Do I start walking lightly and if so, for how long?
Thank you.

The standard is to wait 3 weeks from your start date to begin if you haven't been exercising.
I would wait a bit and then start with some walking. See how that goes, if you feel tired, have an extra replacement. As you increase the exercise, you may need to change how you do your replacements. Many times, folks have the bar before they exercise and then if they are weak or tired after... they have a shake also.

Hope this helps... and others can help on this end also.
