I visit the site even though I check the box for it to remember me. It started today, Sunday. Earlier this week I could get the website at all and other members could.

Seems ok today. This should be a good one to solve.
Probably some kind of timing glitch.

It does not happen to me on my main computer. But it does happen on my laptop

I have dsl to. But I have a main computer. And then when I am in the family room I will use my laptop. And that is when It wont log me in right away.

I figured it out-on my machine anyway. I had my internet options set to keep history for 0 days. Once I changed it, I was still logged in when I went out and got back on.

Thanks, Biki. I've ALWAYS had that problem with the site not 'remembering me' - I figured I had some setting wrong but didn't want to fool with it. I tried the history thing, too - maybe it will work for me, too.
