Well today is my 1 year anniversary, and I am 2 months in to maintenance, and boy is it hard! It doesn't make it any easier that we are getting maybe 4 hours of sleep a night, but that will change and it will become more easy! Still maintaining under goal! icon_lol.gif

Thanks for inspiring me to think of where I could be a year from now if I'm faithful to the program!

Tony, I would imagine that the sleep deprivation that goes along with a new baby in the house, would make things harder. I hope that at some point you'll have the time (and energy icon_wink.gif ) to share with us a bit more in depth as to what you are thinking, doing and what thoughts you are dealing with during transition. You mentioned it is hard....and I hope you'll find it becomes easier as soon as the little guy allows you and Sharon to get a full night's uninterrupted rest.

Congratulations on that 1 year anniversary and for maintaining for 2 months.........you and your weight loss is inspirational!

Great job Tony,
You've lost a person and gained a person in the last year....icon_smile.gif

Imagine what it would be like, if you wouldn't have lost the weight.
All the best,

Wonder if the planet would fly out of orbit, if we got everyone on the program?

Question for the science guy - matter is neither created nor destroyed, right? So our fat is just turning into other forms of matter. And I'll stop right there. icon_lol.gif

Yeah... exactly...... that's why we drink all of the water. Next time you see a picture (if you don't live near one) of an Ocean.... just remember what's in it now.
