Hello! It's good to be back in the swing of things. I lost 2lbs the first day - I didn't do as well as I should have with keeping hydrated! I'm sure it was all water weight.
I forgot how hungry I was the first week! Licking a bouillon cube helps a lot. |

| I completely forgot about the bullion cube. I will have to try that tonight if I need it. I am on Day 4 and the first three days were okay. Today has been a killer - I am so tired and hungry - but not willing to entertain any thoughts about going off program...determination!! |

Licking a boullion cube!! I'll have to get some! For me, the infusers (or some kind of flavoring) in the water helps me get it down, too.
