This may sound a little dumb, but
how do you cut and paste to get
your ticker on your post. I already made mine, but
can't figure out how to cut and paste.

If you are on the page you need to cut at, select(highlight) the stuff you want to cut then right click on it. Select cut or copy from the menu that pops up. Then move on the the profile signature by clicking profile at the top of this page. Paste what you copied into the signature portion by right clicking and selecting paste.

Or select the text and press CTRL and the C button at the same time to copy it, then press CTRL and the V button at the same time to paste it where you want it.

Make sure you are copying the BBCode section. Some have multiple boxes for different uses. To post here, its the box labeled BBCode.
Then copy and paste that info into the bottom of your profile as you tried before.

You should be able to just change the weight log at tickerfactory and it should auto update it.
