These come out more like the 'real' pancakes than just adding water:
1 MF Eggs mixed with the 4 oz water
1 Oatmeal - any flavor
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Vanilla
Mix eggs well (I use my blender on its lowest setting)
Add Baking Power and Vanilla.
Pour into a bowl, stir in Oatmeal.
Spray non-stick pan with Pam. Makes 4 fluffy pancakes - two meals.
Top off with a little ICBINB and SF syrup. Yum! |

| That does sound good. I'm not much of a cook - no time! - but I do like reading the recipes sometimes because I'm optimistic that some day I might want to do something different with my supplements. Thanks for the idea. |

| Your welcome. I'm eating the second half and they're just as good the 2nd time around. Heat for about 15 seconds. |

Mike, glad you liked them. When I get my order in, I'm going to try for cookies
Kelee, they count as two. I made 4 pancakes and had two for each meal, plenty filling. In fact, I had problems with the eggs alone not lasting long enough between meals. This fit much better. I hope you try them. |

Jonna~ I made the pancakes and I loved them. Though, I have to say the first 2 I made were flat and the last 2 were fluffy I think I did not get the oatmeal stirred up good or it settled on the bottom.
Anyway, I thought they were delicious. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Donica, I'm glad you enjoyed them. I find they seem to "stay" with me a little longer than the eggs by themselves. |
