Before I went to Hong I was walking 2 miles day most days and one mile at the least. I have no idea how much I was walking in Honk Kong but I was there 12 days and it was A LOT. I just walked a mile a few minutes ago and there was no challenge to it what so ever. On the other hand, I do not want to over-extend myself as I did in HK and starve myself. Should I stay at two miles or maybe kick it up to three? This is day 99 in the program for me. I also do some strength training with bands and stair climbing.

I'd probably go back to 2 miles and just see how you feel. If it's not a challenge, try going 2.5. If it feels good and you're still losing, maybe try 3.

Or you could make it more challenging by carrying weights, or walking faster.

I walked almost 2 today and it felt about right, I was feeling glad to be home when I came to our street. Thanks for the feedback!
