Good Afternoon, does anyone know if having the Chicken with Wildrice Soup for all of my meal replacements for 3 days iin a row will affect my ketosis? The reason I ask is that each packet has 14 carbs, plus I am overstocked on that particular item. Thanks for the infor whomever answers!!!!!!!!!! |

| Don't think so, Eddie. You're allowed any 5 supplements, so that would qualify. You might get tired of Chicken/Rice soup, though. |

true I might get tired of the soup, but at $13-$15 a box, I'm cool with it. Anyway, on the medifast website I found the nutritional information that explains that all of the supplements with the exception of the bars have 13-15 gr of carbs. The as long as you average between 80-85 gr of carbs a day you wwill acheive the mild ketosis required by MF!!!!! I am actually doing the complete program for 10 days until i get back into the swing of things, so I am actually doing 6 replacements and a snack. Thanks for the info every one. |
