So I did what was said I have not exercised the first 3 weeks. I will be going on My 4th week on Tuesday.
I want to start on my elyptical but I really dont know how much I should do. And should I do it once a day or every other day. I need to lose now 100#.

I think that 30 min of cardio is the max that I would do but I would also reccommend starting slowly so you don't kill yourself. I would also only do it every other day and would do light weight training on non cardio days.

| Did you work out before you started? If you were already working out, you should cut it by half. If you weren't working out beforehand, I would start very slowly. You might even start with some walking before you tackle the elliptical machine. |
