Any help would be great I want to start exercising.

So I did what was said I have not exercised the first 3 weeks. I will be going on My 4th week on Tuesday.

I want to start on my elyptical but I really dont know how much I should do. And should I do it once a day or every other day. I need to lose now 100#.

I think that 30 min of cardio is the max that I would do but I would also reccommend starting slowly so you don't kill yourself. I would also only do it every other day and would do light weight training on non cardio days.

Did you work out before you started? If you were already working out, you should cut it by half. If you weren't working out beforehand, I would start very slowly. You might even start with some walking before you tackle the elliptical machine.
